alternator death

well my alternator is dead. i need a replacement. dont wanna break the bank. but i think i need at least a 100amp. id like to have a 1 -wire but not a huge deal


anyone got any hints/tips/tricks. i do not want another TUFF STUFF..piece of DooDoo..
