I run the BNC doubles on the front. I'll eventually swap to the rears as well.
Very simple to adjust, I like the rebound knob on the top as it's much easier to get to. Once you find a baseline setting, you'll almost never touch the compression and most likely work with rebound to adjust to varying track conditions from one race day to another or changing conditions during the day.
It does take some time to find the right settings, but once your close, its usually only a few clicks adjustment either way.
The Afco is a top quality shock and in a bolt-in deal, the only better IMO is the Santhuff.
