This may have allready been mentioned, but has anyone seen the new summit catalog?? they have there own brand Weld Knockoffs.

Not that i need wheels, just figured i would mention it.

They look good, but don't miss out on the fact that they are cast aluminum one piece wheels. They may look like Welds but i bet they weigh a ton.

I don't think the deal is finished yet, but it sure looks like Weld is going under! It's a pity.

Maybe if they had made their wheels more sellable to all the small shops around they wouldnt be having so much trouble making money. They must practically give their stuff away to the mail order rags and I think that this came back and bit them in the butt, just like Southside Machine.

i heard the summit wheels are over 20# a peice i'm sure there made in china, i wish weld woulda had a better selection of bs, 4.0" would fit so much better than 3.5 or 4.5.
