I literally just ordered a TRZ housing yesterday since it's the only one that doesn't mess up geometry. I wish I could have seen these before that. I have a regular g-body 9" housing these would have worked with. Nice product - It should help a lot of people out

MXMHERO, what did you end up going with? We are looking at the TRZ now too and it is way overkill but it'll last forever in our setup. It's the only option that is designed to keep the geometry correct. Do you race at Cecil? We are outside of Downingtown.

i broke the spiders in the Eaton brute force unit also. Lasted 2.5 seasons until the driver side one exploded

I just called TRZ and they said their 9" housing is a bit overkill, but the multiple control arm locations let me keep the same geometry as I have now. I'm not sure what the case is with the s60 and 12 bolt but I assume a 12 bolt raises the upper control arms also since the housing is larger.

I would try option 2 first. Moving both upper and lowers puts your IC pretty far behind the CG. Your plot with the 12 bolt looks a lot better than mine the GN 10 bolt. Maybe because you aren't lowered as much as I am.

What screen did you end up using? I was looking at the chalk-elec ones since they have 7, 10, and now 14" I think but they are always out of stock since they are the only capacitive multi touch ones. I have to look into this ALDL droid you speak of : )

The crossmembers are always a bear. No two of these cars is exactly the same and the frames are far from strong. Nice build so far!
