Looking for tips on splitting A/C box apart to replace heater core. I am pretty sure all the bolts are out I can wiggle it around quite a bit. I read it has to be lifted straight up to be removed. Trying to not break it but it is not coming off. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Someone have a picture of stock upper control arm installed. Replaced my bushings and in the process got them mixed up between drivers and passengers side. I am sure at some point it will be obvious if it is correct or not. Just wanted to know before I started to reinstall. Thanks

It was the HEI module the one that went bad was a couple years old Mallory lest than 1500 miles the one I put on it that worked was 34 years old and probably close to 200K off my old 267. Some better than others ?

Back together. Did not seem to make a difference on the vibration. It does seem much tighter now. But along with that there is a slight whine I hear now. I will keep looking.
Seemed like there was about.030 play in the ring gear. Took it apart and there was 1 shim on each side. .235 on dirvers sdie and .245 on passenger. What do you think about just reversing right and left shims and rechecking. I was expecting several smaller shims on each side.
