Hey I have a 78Malibu with a 5.3l/4l60e How did you get the alternator to clear with the stock hood. I am using the small block mounts with a home made adapter plate. Looked at your pics and couldn't come up with anything. Maybe I need to push the motor into the fire wall? Thanks in advance.
