Has anyone ever used these headers? I have a friend that is putting a 455 in his 1985 cutlass and is getting ready to order these headers and I was wondering if someone has experience with them. How they fit, manufactured, power, etc.

i used a cheap set of headman 70-81 camaro headers in a regal i had. there is a sticky in the general section. the pics i put up have been deleted (i cant seem to remember my photobucket account to see if they are still there). I had to move the motor back as far as i could and then i welded...
i am using a msd pro-billet so it is smaller around than an hei but the cap is about an 1 1/2 from the firewall.
if any one wants a pic of another angle just let me know.
i just got thru fitting a set of headman 2" 70-81 camaro headers for one of my street regals. these headers cost 214.00 at my local speed shop vs almost 500.00 for the direct fit hooker super comps.

i agree. there is no need to even progress a 175. but if you are really concerned the digi-set is alot cheaper, easier to install and you can adjust the time to almost anything you desire. it also wont fultter the silynoids like the progressive
i have used one for about 3years now and have had no problems. i rebuild my noids every year. i use the box to run in a heads up index class. it is alot simpilar than messing with the lap top on my digital 7
no the car has not seen the track yet with the new motor, but i should be back at the track soon. I am just tring to figure all the settings out before hand with the box and understand what they do and how they do it. Not many people around here is running this box and the ones that are seem...
does anybody truly understand how to setup the slew rate on this box? I will be tring to get 295/60/15 mt drag radials to hook with the big block and i dont think it is going to happen without the slew rate
