Just wondering if a 15x8 witha 4"bs with a 275/60/15 M/T will fit?? Thinking i will have to notch frame and maybe modify my wheel wells, which i don't mind doing.I was going to go 15x10 with 325/50/15 but kinda seems like a waist when i shouldn't really need it

measure from the drum face to the inside lip of the quater panel. that will tell you how much bs you can have. if you need more room instead of notching you can always use spacers

If you have a stock length rear end, 4" bs should work if the fender lip has been rolled and it still sits stock height. The real problem is going to be finding a set of 4" bs 8" wide aftermarket wheels. Nobody makes them. Only wheel I know of was the old factory Corvette rallye 8" wheels which were factory 4" bs. They do make reproductions , but unfortunately they change the backspacing them. Notch it to the seem and use a 4.5" bs wheel , then you shouldnt have any fenderlip problems either. A friend of mine just did this to his Malibu and used the JEG'S Centerline copy wheels with 4.5" bs and a 28 X 10.0-15 slick with no problems. You will also be able to lower the car a little later on if you choose to. Good luck.

Huh?? Actually Summit shows 83 different 15x8's w/ 4"bs. Everything from Chevy Rallys to Weld Magnums http://store.summitracing.com/egnsearch.asp?N=700+4294923107+4294923105+4294793325+4294795098+4294795099+115+4294755960

Wheel Vintiques makes the corvette style rally. They are like $80 a piece. 15"x8" 4" bs I am going to use them on the rear with a Mickey ET drag radial 275/60/15.

Yes, that should work fine. I must appologize, the last time I bought a set of repro chrome vette rallyes they ended up being 3.5 bs and that was where i was coming from. I had asked a buddyof mine that owns a resto shop and he had told me the same thing, that they were hard to get in a 4" bs but oh well , guess he was wrong!! Good luck with it.
