17x9.5 questions and concerns...

Ive searched around and read alot of posts on 17x9's on all 4 corners but not about 17x9.5's... im lookin to run a 255-265 front and a 275-285 rear on it if possible. idealy id like to not have to notch out the rear, but if need be it can be done. i need to kno as i will be doing LS1 front brakes and putting 11.75in lincoln MKVII rear discs on my 8.8. so i need to get the rims ready so i can do this swap. also will i run into any issues if i ower the car 2in all around as well with this combination. any information or help will be much appreciated. late response but thanks, now is anyone running Z06 rims? i wanna know what size spacers to get, i also plan on having the front rim narrowed from 17x9.5 to 17x8.5. but i need to start gettin a move on as the monte just about needs tires. Hell its needed tires for a long time as there dry rotted and dont stick so hot so i need to get a move on. problem is later down the road im going to run LS1 front brakes and a 8.8 with SN95 disc's on the rear and will need new spacers but id rather get the rims on so i can lower the car and figure out what to do with the inner fenders up front if i need to change them.
