I just recently put a 700r4 transmission in my Car with 4.10's in the 12 bolt rear...Here is my question....I have roughly a 2000 rpm "Corvette" stall converter in it...I think that I need a larger stall converetr to hetlp me improve my times.....just wondering what you guys are using in your 700r4 and can you reccomend a good one where I won't break the bank?

By looking at your sig you're way out of tune some where. With a torquey stroker that 2000 stall should stall much higher. I ran a couple different 700r4 2000 stalls and they all stall around 4000 to 4500 behind my 455. There maybe a better converter that would give you a better 60ft and et but your still way short on mph.

I dunno about way short on the mph, your not that far ahead of me ( unless your short as well)..I'm thinking if I had a 60' time like yours, I should be about the same MPH???? I have no idea where to tune....Back to the drawing board I'm thinking...Maybe the timimg...I'm not running vacume advance, maybe that's it???
