1 inch set back plates, stock 350 mounts, stock clam shells.. ice man crossmember ...ls1 camaro pacesetter headers.....

drivers header almost fit but i had to bend the firewall seam just a lil to get the header in,passenger header hit the frame so i had the primary cut and moved in a lil to get it by the frame

the oil dip stick tube screw didnt want to clear the header lip so it had to be ground down a lil....02 sensor extensions new hydraulic clutch set up

the clutch cylinder is in i used the old brake pedal for a clutch extension lol.

the dreaded ac box :shock: !!! the back coil pack was digging into the ac box i trimmed down the coil pack bracket as much as i could then i decided to try my hand at fiberglassin, i mean how hard could it be right??? :roll: so i placed a plastic bag around the old heater core put in where it belonged then shaped the fiberglass matt to the desired shape

removed the heater core and test fit the box , :?: it was perfect dancin_banana.gif ,time to learn how to bondo! after ALOT of repeated bondo and sanding i shot on a lil high temp paint

plenty of room i took apart the entire ac box inside the cabin and cleaned it with bleach and soap before painting and placing it back in
