9in ford

i picked up a 9in full setup for a gbody but when i went to bolt up the drive shaft to the u joint, the u joint and yoke are different sizes. I think its because the original rear was the small gm rear not the 8.5 in that was in the grand nationals and regals. do I have to change the driveshaft and u joint or what? any help would be great!

If your drive shaft is the right length then you should be able to just get a u-joint. Go to your local auto parts store and they should be able to help you out.
