A-PILLAR DRIP TRIM REMOVAL

I was wondering if anybody can tell me how to remove the A-Pillar drip trim?

I believe there's 3 screws under the weather striping that you have to remove.

i just took mine off, there are 4 under the weather strip that also hold on the weatherstrip, then once you get those off you can wiggle it, but if you try to get it off you will brake it. there are like 3 more that hold just the molding in.
