Alternator?

I've got a 98' fbody ls1 with a 99' ls1 harness and computer from Speartech in my 80' Caprice, motor is running but alternator isnt charging. I had the alternator rebuilt and still the same no charging problem. Anyone know what could be causing this? Thanks in advance!

I belive that the pcm sends a switched ground signal to the alternatorm I'm not sure which wire though. I believe someone else had the same problem and found out the pcm was bad. Maybe someone else can chime in here and correct me if I'm wrong.
