just installed them on my car this winter, they worked great on the car that I took them off of, he had a ton of problems with his suspension till he put them on, the only thing is you run out of room to install over axle exhaust

Unless your car sits very low, they'll put your IC where they need to be.

I was wondering the same thing about those bars.
Do you thing they would help me supe? and do i still need to run adj. uppers with these?

I would think adjustable uppers would be a good idea to run anyway, that way there's always pinion angle adjustability for ride height and depending on how much you squat off the launch... just my thought...

Those are 29 x 10 out back

If your upper control arms are angled parallel or slightly upwards on the frame side, then the bars will probably help if you're not hitting the tires very hard.
