Anti sway bar with coil overs????? help!!!

Does anybody have any insight into the proper way to build up my back suspension, I want to add coilovers, will an anti roll bar be needed with this, any opinions, the car has a good amount of twist to it now and I would like it to leave the line flat. Also any suggestions on what brand coilover/ size and weight of spring, 2900 pound car race weight, thanks for any and all info

ARB is a must for all out drag cars.
I "think" this is the formula for figuring what springs you need.
weight of rear/2/spring rate-length of spring
example:
1300lbs on rear
140lbs spring rate
12" spring
1300/2=650
650/140=4.64
4.64-12=7.36 compressed spring hight
Some one please correct me if my math is off.

Does anyone also have any suggestions on what combo of anti rollbar and coilover to use together........do they both mount to a common crossmember between the frame rails???????????????????
