Been reading the difference in HP and tq figures for spacers I had
My BBC 460 at 9:5.1 compression with edelbrock performer rpm heads (untouched)with victor manifold (not ported or basket matched)with a solid roller cam Msd dist hooker super comp headers and a old 830 with new billet meteringblocksAnd horn cut off it, baby solid roller cam 255 263 @50 and 615 625 on a 110 lobe seperation also mycar weighed 4300lbs . With my HVH 4 hole Spacer it made 10ftlbs and 5hp more than the wood 4 hole. But the throttle response was also improved with the hvh for a grand total of 575hp @6300 and 565@ 5400 with 32 degrees of timing also, when I had this in my friends 69 camaro with 28inch tall tire with a 3.73 gear and th400 with 3800stall 10inch converter it went the best of 11.40's at 3700lbs with at 32 degrees of timing total at that time dist was not locked out.so my HP figures very minimum and tq decent but like j said throttle response awesome and I went from a 4 hole regular to a 4 hole HVH. I believe in the HVH and a couple of friends have them and they helped there combinations too

When I dynoed my motor, we tried different carbs/manifolds and spacers.

The best numbers we got with a 4150 on a Victor were with a 1" 4 hole spacer on top of a open 1" spacer.

If that produced the best numbers, why did you not duplicate the combo for your setup??
