Anyone have premade tabs for a 9in and stock suspension?

Does anyone sell premade tabs to bolt a 9in ford into a G body with stock suspension. Im ladder bar right now ( not by choice I bought it that way) I want to put stock suspension back in the car but I have no mounting points on the rear for it.

and yes I know I can fab them up but I really dont want to go by a sheet of steel to make 4 brackets
