Whatever you'll give, you can score them around here for $75-$200 depending on if the have a shift kit or come with a stall. Caddy ones are best they have the 32 element sprag.
Look on craigslist or around.
The last one I bought was a 475(400TH with a deep pan, and bolt on rear yoke, not a slip yoke) out of a 1-ton truck for $100.
