Looking for some help on above topic,have heard both yes and no to this idea,I ended up with a Gen V Bigblock for free so decided to put it into my 1981 Malibu,strictly a drag car,I have heard that Fel-Pro has a head gasket to make this work?Any information would be helpful.

AFAIK it's a no-go as there is a very good chance of having a coolant leak into the lifter valley.
