BBC Hambergers oil pan hitting steering.

A member (cant remember him) here told me they used a Hambergers bbc oil pan with no issues using solid Moroso engine mounts. I sit my engine in tonight everything is ok. But the steering center link is rubbing on the pan. Looks like it may need maybe 1/2" clearance. Engine cross member cleared fine. Any fixes for this?

Do you have enough hood clearence to put a 1/2 alumimum spacer plate between the mount and the block.

Probably. I decided to pull engine back out and notch the pan.
