big block chevy solid steel motor mounts NEED HELP

i am trying to put my motor in my 1983 monte carlo with soild steel moroso steel frame mounts , pass side wiil bolt but the driver side will not match up the block mount on that side is setting above where frame mount should bolt up too about 1 1/2 inches need your help tommy

You have the wrong frame mounts or motor mounts. In my case it was the frame mounts. You have one side for sbc and one side for bbc.

you have the wrong mounts.

Gbody's require a specific motor mount, hopefully someone here can give you the correct part number for Gbody's.

as far as big block vs small block, the mounts are identical.
