I've got a big block in my wagon. Theres a post on here somewhere on big block setups. Mines a track car though I removed all the heater stuff out. Replaced the steering box with a s-10 box, swapped to manual brakes. Hookers headers, straight pipes to 3" mufflers. I'm sure if you wanna run power steering and such it can be done. Not sure on the air conditioning. Look in the frequently asked questions section I'm sure it will help.

I believe most any starter thats made for your motor will work. However a good mini starter has more clearance and is easier to install. Sorta depends on your headers. I use the MSD starter on mine with the Hooker 2241's . The heater/ac clearance depends on which valve covers you use. I modified my heater/ac box.

i broke the starter mount on mine so im using a starter mount plate with a huge bulky starter. i removed the heater altogether and had to beat in the wall in behind the distributor to fit the big block. i have replaced the power steering with an s10 box for manual steering and it is just as easy to turn and takes alot less space and one less belt to run on the engine!
