I would imagine it's the quarter panel, but don't know for sure because this is the first I've heard of it. There are two body mounts that are aft of the axle.

are you saying that you buckled it by over tightening the bushing?
not so,only after a hard launch then id have to push it back out , there was never any body damage it would just suck in , so i wedged a 2x4 in there and problem fixed.. i do think it was from over tighting the mount.

I do think that overtightening where the bushing was shot to begin with was at least partly responsible.

Doing so prestressed the quarter panel by pulling it too hard toward the frame, which I suspect caused the quarter's shape to "flatten" a little. Flatter panels will buckle before panels with more "shape" will, and apparently the stresses developed back there during a hard launch then caused the quarter to elastically buckle inward. Since it was a case of elastic buckling, it popped back out without difficulty or leaving creases. It's a case of the quarter panel shape not being as "stable" as it was previously. The 2 x 4 is only a band-aid; the best fix would be to rework that body mount with a new bushing.
