Body Mount Bushings Opinions

Has anyone used prothane polyurethane bushings, is so what kind of luck? how bout energy suspenions bushings? which do you think are better. how bout solid mounts for daily driving?

I put solids in my 84 olds and even with my 17in tires my car still drives wayyy smoother than my brother 97 Z28.

I bought Energy Susp. for the '78, wound up not putting them in (bought them for putting the car back on the frame to trailer it home), but I'll most likely still use 'em when I build the car.

where did you get the solids from?

I spun some solid bushings on a lathe for my car. I wanted to tuck the body down onto the frame so I made them pretty thin.

dwkohout, have you ever rode in a car with polys? How would you compare the solids to worn-out stock rubber bushings?

i just bought Prothane Urethane body mounts. Anyone use these? Just wondering it didnt come with an instruction sheet dont wanna use the wrong washer or put the wrong mount in the wrong spot...
