bowtie BBC aluminum heads help

Hi guys, i need an advise about this heads, a friend of mine build a 496 for the street with this heads and a solid roller cam but the valvetrain makes a lot of noise.
we are wondering if he needs to use rockers or lifters offset.
i aprecciate if somebody has experience with this old heads and know whats going on.

this are the heads.

and this is the problem, look how the pushrod sits at the lifter

check at this pic, the bearings its not at the center of the valve tips

Looks like he needs custom length pushrods to me. Did anybody ever cehck he rocker geometry?

I've seen where the guideplates on BBC need to be cut apart in the middle, adjusted then re welded to make the roller sit on the middle of the valve stem.
