I called a local upholstery shop to see how much to get the front buckets recovered. They told me $2500. No f'n way am I paying that much to get the seats redone. Going with vinyl, foam is still good, just need the material itself. I looked around and could only find for bench, or in cloth.

You might need foam and other parts if the seats are badly worn, but you might be able to find someone locally who will do this "on the side" for a lot less....

WOW $2500 for 2 bucket seats covered in vinyl..........
I was doing complete stock interiors for $2900 : making new seat covers, ordering and installing carpet, recovering the headliner, and repainting the plastic, and recovering the upper door panels.
