cam i.d. help!

I have come across a cam that I cannot figure out what grind. I am plan on using it as well. On the cam it has CD (cam dynamics) it has 290290-06r then 11/30/90 (date?) then on the other side its stamped 119506-which I think is the part number. its a solid roller grind. If anybody has the old catolog I would really appreciate if you can give me all the specs of the cam and valve spring info. this is for a sbc thanks to everyone!

Sorry i don't have any old catalogs, but i can walk you through the process to figure it out if you have a degree wheel.
