I bout an 80 malibu off of a guy that had bought the car from another. I have no idea what size cam is in the car, but you can definitely tell there is one in it. Does anyone know a way to figure out without actually removing it? Thanks, Kyle

No, not really. Best way to know is to pull the timing gear off the cam and see if there is a number on it... there usually is if it's an aftermarket cam.

With a Degree Wheel you could. You would need to install a Solid Lifter, so Intake removal, Balancer removal.
Hopefully there's a # on the front of Cam, as 'Doober said'.
