Constant Power Source for Aftermarket Head Unit

I have an aftermarket stereo that i'm planning on installing into my 83 Malibu Wagon, but the guide says that the head unit requires a constant power source in order to function correctly. I have no idea where to lead the wire to. Any help?

Cigarette lighter wire. Most all GM cars use the same circuit for battery power to the radio, including newer ones.

Sounds good. What is the label for the Lighter Fuse? I've just been introduced to Malibus and Chevy in general.

There is a 'courtesy' fuse, it's for the horn, interior lights, lighter socket, etc.
