I am wanting to put a 8.8 cougar rear end in the malibu and a friend of mine has a set of adj uppers and non adju lowers ,they are aerospace ones.They are for a 69-70ish chevelle.i was wondering if they would work for the bottom and I will have to work on the tops.I have the 81 malibu.I was just wondering how or if the early chevelle and the later 80s G body lower control arms are different and how much different are they?thanks =kenny-Oh I forgot,these are new and he wants to trade me for a BBc proform water pump still in the box.is this a good deal?

Im not 100% sure but i think with a little fabing you should get it to work. i would do that trade for the bbc stuff

I have been looking and I dont know what they cost.they dont look cheap.I am gonna have to fab anyway the way it looks.I was gonna go with a mustang but,decide this one is (8.8 cougar xr7)is a little wider even with drum brakes.thanks for your time.kenny
