Crankshaft Storage ???'s

I will bw getting a new Eagle crankshaft soon and was wondering is there a certain way to store it until i use it?THANKS

Typical cool dry place. Leave it in the packaging it comes in until you're ready. I prefer to stand cranks on end, but the manufacturers don't store or ship them that way, so who kknows.
