I am terrible with electrical and before I go on the hunt for the problem It would be cool if someone could help diagnose what the problem is cause I have hidden all my electrical and it isn't easy to get to. I just don't understand electrical as well as I should. but the fan wont turn off when the key is on, it just recently started doing this, I'm thinking relay? here is the instructions to the fan relay i used if it helps

Unplug the relay first. If the fan shuts off check # 85 for a ground. If not grounded try another relay. If so the thermo sensor is bad or the wire is grounded out somewhere. If the fan still works then you don't have it wired like the diagram. In that case it could be a number of things.

thanks Ed, the thermo sensor is bad, now my question is to anyone who knows what would be better for a daily driver 185 degrees on/ 170 degrees off OR 200 deg on/185 off?

Thanks for you help fellas probably just going to by-pass it for now and put it on a grounded switch until I have more to buy from summit just to justify the 10.00 shipping & handling cost.
