Gauge Lense

My gauge lense is very faded can barley see through it. Looks like the last guy that owned it used some fine grain sandpaper on it. Is there anyway I can fix it. Was thinking of the headlight cleaner. Thank You

i sand and buff tail and headlights all the time at work,try buffing it.i've never done a gauge lense but i've buffed lots of plastics.

What grit sand paper should I sand with???

And what kind of polish on the buffing wheel??? Thank You

here is what I did to mine

I noticed my clear lens that covers the gauges was real scratched and foggy

so i wet sanded it real good on both sides with 2000 grit

then I used my high speed buffer with a wool pad and a polishing compund

this also helped more than the lens

I wish someone reproduced these...
