HAS ANYONE INSTALLED A MARK VIII ELECTRIC FAN ON A BIG BLOCK

Hello everyone. Once again I'm asking to share some of your expertise. I have a big block 78 Malibu. I just purchased a Mark VIII electric fan, which I heard is one of the better ones. It just looks a little to thick to fit in. I have an aluminum Summit radiator.

Please let me know if anyone is running a big block with Mark VIII fans. Pictures would be greatly appreciated.

Did you have to modify the fan?

theres alot of talk about switching to elec. fans i know this is probably a repost, but if your looking to run a GOOD elec, fan get one from a 95-2003 taurus, they run at high rpm, low volt and they will keep your average mild sbc, or bbc under 190, heres a pic, they come with their own shoud...
