Any one have any tips on putting pass. Side header in with out dinging tubes? They are 1 7/8 sbc in an 82 cutlass. Could space the frame mounts?

What type of headers? and what is it hitting? maybe use a grinder to make a little clearance.

Schoenfeld hitting pass side frame but they bolt up

Yup solid moroso they are 1 3/4 steped to 1 7/8. Litteraly no room between frame and header

are they hitting the lower control arm mount? as mentioned, you could grind some of that off to make more room. you shouldn't need a bunch of clearance with solid mounts.

Ok ill try that they are close possibly touching the mount. Any pics?

I had to grind the arm and put a little dent in mine to fit - starter is fun also.

Which one did you have to dent?
