Headers with a column shift

Which headers fit in a column shifted car without having to flatten tubes? My swap is an LS1/4l60e. I had planned on using the 1 in. setback mounts. Also, is everyone using just front o2 sesnors and tuning the post-cat o2 sensor out? Anyone using catalytic converters?

I'm going with the factory manifolds now, no need to spend 600 dollars. All I'm after is the best mpg possible.
