Headliner repair?

Well, It looks like I wont be able to find a decent headliner somewhere close, so I'm going to attempt to repair this.

The corners for the sunvisors are broke off, and there is a huge crack (obviously) in the board.
I'm thinking some cardboard on the top (the roof side) will possible strengthen this up?

Does anyone have any repair tips for me?

use duct tape on the top side of the board.

DONE. I actually just got covered. I put a skull and cross bones in there too. It looks alright. I was buying glue, and at $10 a can I thought "one should be more than enough." Well, one can made it about 95%. I've got more money in glue, and anything else on this little project.
