help with oil pan choice

whats the best oil pan to use on my 6.0 in my 79 malibu with a th350 I've heard the ctsv works good and the muscle car oil pan also but i do see guys notching there frame from more room i don't want to do that and also looking for the intake and carb set up

Personally, im using the one with the series number 19212593 which typically has the advantage amongst others. The same 6.0 liter had an increase to 360 hp at 5,400 rpm and as of the moment i never found any bad from it.

Truck pan works good, it just hangs kinda low, but they're easy to come by and cheap.
F-body pans will work with the right engine plates and mounts, I have one myself. The CTS-V pan and the hummer H2 pans fit the best I believe, but there are aftermarket ones that also work pretty too.

LOOK AT THE CTSV PAN IT DOES NOT HANG DONE AND IT FITS

I have a cts-v pan with transdapt 1" setback plates and stock clamshells and it fits like it belongs there. I got it through gm parts giant or gm parts direct or something. It was very reasonably priced.
