Anybody running a hydraulic clutch with Hooker 2241 headers? I saw a 496 Malibu with a Muncie in it this weekend & the primary tube that runs near the brake booster was HAMMERED to clear the clutch master cylinder where it comes out of the firewall. Just for reference I'll be running the McLeod late model F body master cylinder...

I have 2241's with a mechanical linkage that doesn't help You much.

I used a "Hotrod Hydraulics" mount and wilwood cylinder in my 78 wagon with ram throwout bearing. It's a small block, but no where close to where a header would run (i don't think?). I'll try to get some old pics on here later (I went to an autoslide). Rob

I have the 2455's with a hydraulic clutch. No problems with those.

If that helps.

Its not that big of a deal to change one tube. I have a nice set of lemons that would look good on that LS6.

I'm sure they would, but I think the primaries might be a little too big & unfortunately I don't have much $$ in the project fund...
