how do you roll the lip so you can clear a bigger tire thank you in advance

If you're talking the inside lip I used a buzz wheel and cut slices about every inch or so and then took a hammer or a mallet to them and beat them. But you got to be careful cause if there's any bondo in there you'll find it!!

I know it's REAL expensive, but pick up a bead roller from Eastwood. Use it, then sell it or rent it out to some racer buddies and make most of your money back. They are made very well, and if you use a hair dryer or a heat gun to soften up the paint on the edges of the fender, no paint damage will happen, and you will have a very professional result! Trust me, trust me, trust me! I've done it, and it looks like the car was made that way...
