Looking for an LS1 starter if anyone has one,98-02 FBody,And Corvette would be fine .

No,i will check it out,thought i could get one off LS1Tech by now but it is slow.

I bought a re-conditioned LSx starter off of ebaymotors for around $70 or so. Advance Auto wanted like $100+.

I don't think so. I've never compared them side to side, but I would imagine them to be different. Usually all Gen III + parts will not interchange with LT1, vortech, and SBC parts............USUALLY.

I bought mine from a local salvage yard. Then after a few months I just went with a mini from summitracing. It was CHEAPER than the GM part, and works just fine.
