manual to power windows help needed

hi, i just wanted to see if you guys can recommend me the parts i will need for my 2dr malibu, power window conversion from manual.

i looked on autozone's site and they had one review on the motor the guy said they were to weak. i will be ordering my items from ebay any help appreciated on parts. thanks again
