Narrowing aluminum wheels, questions...

Where would you send the rear 91 camaro rims (16x8) to be narrowed into 16 x 6 front rims? I was thinking by changing the backspacing from 5.25 to 3.25 (-2.00) and running them on the front. I know about spacers and the 4-front deal, but just asking about the possibility of the 16 x 6 wheels.

Eric Vaughn widened a pair of Convo Pros years ago for me. Does real nice work, but it's not cheap.

I think he gets around $150.00 each to narrow.

hmmm very interesting, I'm looking to have my Pontiac Rally 2's narrowed up from...I wonder how much shipping would be to mail 2 rims from Virginia to California...Does anyone know of someone that does this on the east cost?

weldcraft out of Michigan narrowed my steel rims for $100 a wheel. They also do aluminum.
