need help

I havd a 79 malibu all stock suspension and tired off the 4x4 look. It is strickly a drag car and suspension worked great with the old motor running 12.50s but had a new motor built that should put it in the low 11s. Im looking to lower the front 2 to 3 inches and the rear around 2. What is the best way to do this but the cheapest drop spindles and 12 inch 150lb springs n the rear. Also what else would help it hook better. Trying not to spend more than 750 dollars. Thanks in advanced
