I don't have as much experience with the Dana 60 as I do with other rear ends, but the Trac Lock is a clutch type differential similar to the Eaton Posi. I believe the Power Lock is also a clutch type with steel clutch discs and a wave disc for preload. The Detroit Locker is a locking differential that has no clutch plates. It locks solid under power, but will ratchet when turning a corner. The Detroit Locker is best for an all out drag car that sees some street use, but it is not as smooth on the street as the other 2 that you listed.
