No passing gear (2004r)

I have a 2004r and i have no passing gear. In drive with wot throttle the car just cruise.
I installed a bowtie overdrive torque convertor lock up kit. I also have a stage 2 shift kit with a 2400 stall
Any suggestions and greatly appreciated

Is the TV Cable properly adjusted?
If you have an Aftermarket Carb, do you have the correct TV cable Bracket & TV geometry corrector Brackets?
If yes to above ??, try unplugging the TCC Lockup connector Plug from Trans & see if it helps.

I've check a few site on how to properly adjust the TV cable. I believe I have that right I'm using the same q-jet that was on the motor when I bought it.
If I unplug the tcc wouldn't that defeat the purpose of having a overdrive. I'm just hoping that I don't have to drop a bunch more $ into it and its a easy fix w/o burning up the transmission. Thx for your help I'll keep you posted.

If you unplug the TCC, you still have 4th gear, but no lockup.
