oil keeps leaking from valve covers breathers

I have a recently rebuilt sbc 406 and I can't seem to stop the oil from leaking from the valve cover breather I have a pic in one cover connected to the carb my valve covers have baffles in them any HELP

Do you have a baffle in your breather grommet or valve cover?

If the motor has no PCV valve, the breathers will leak.

I have one pcv valve in one cover and one breather in the other

The only difference on my set-up is I have a breather in each cover w/ a pvc to carb spacer, no problems and my covers aren't baffled.
