Parking Lights And Other

When I pull my light switch when the cars off my lights come on and not my parking lights. Should they?
does the car have to be on?
I checked the ground and both bulbs are new.

Also this car doesnt have hi or low beams does it? its just one setting.

The park/running lights should come on with the key off. The care also has Hi/Lo setting. Raffe K.

The car has high/low, you pull the signal lever to activate the highs.

I had something funny happen like that and it had to do with how my charging system was wired...or for that matter how it was wired wrong.

Are the lows activated when the cars running? then i pull the lever for highs?

my parking lights arent working :/
