trying to replace old head rests with brand new ones but dont know how to remove old ones without breaking them.any help? thanks

Hey,. Pull the head rest out as fare as you can, Now slide a putty knive down the front side of the head rest into the seat. That should reless them. You might have to move the head rest up and down to get it to reless but it will . Doug
